1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we do not will not be able to process all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-order item. stock or if you prefer that we issue a refund.
2. Shipping cost

3Returns
31 Return due to change of mind
Achamana will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request reaches us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging , unused and in resalable condition.
The return costs will be facilitated by a pre-payment from Achamana which will produce a transport slip by Mondial Relay or the cheapest solution on the market to the customer. In the case of a request for return on simple simple change of mind, its costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will let you know once this is complete via email.
In this particular case, also, Achamana and depending on each case, reserves the right will reimburse the value of the returned goods but will NOT reimburse the value of any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Achamana will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.
Customers will need to pay return postage in advance, but we will refund you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Achamana to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim has been confirmed, you will have the choice between:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a store credit refund
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Terms of delivery
4.1 National Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days
4.2 International Transit Time
Orders shipped internationally typically have 4-15 days in transit. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We We are able to provide you with a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
4.3 Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment
Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during normal business hours, excluding holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take action to help us ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For shipping address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched. The sooner you let us know, the better we can satisfy you.
4.5 PO Box Shipping
Achamana will ship to PO box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services
4.7 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.
5. Notification tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you notice that a package is damaged during transport, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Achamana encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Achamana at the customer's expense and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the costs return. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the carrier.
