Return and Refund Policy
If, against all expectations, you are not fully satisfied with the item chosen, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt.

Returned items must be in their original condition with tags / instructions / accessories / packaging.

What is the repayment period?
Your refund will be made automatically after receipt and verification of your package, within a maximum of seven days. Its amount will be equivalent to the price of the returned item(s).

How much are the return costs?
Return costs are free in the following cases:
- Non conformity
- Manufacturing defects
- Item damaged by transport (always check the appearance of the package upon receipt and do not hesitate to raise a reservation with the carrier if in doubt. You can also unpack the package in front of the agent of the carrier.
- Size exchange for clothes
In all of the first three cases, it would be appreciated if you could send us one or two photos with your return request.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to process the return.
Return costs are free when exchanging items of approximately the same value:
(example: in this case an exchange of clothing or a carpet with incense is not taken into account)

To put it simply:
- Upon receipt and after checking the condition of the returned item. Reimbursement, return postage deducted, is made within seven days of receipt.
- A unique code valid for 3 days is automatically sent to you to have free delivery on the item you want to take instead of the returned one.

Practical guide to the return process
- Make your return or exchange request to sav@achamana.com specifying your order number and the last 4 digits of your telephone number
- Print the transport note that the after-sales service will send you immediately by email upon receipt of your request.
- Prepare your package, making sure that the items are in their original packaging and uncut label.
- Cut out the left flap of the transport slip, with the barcode, provided for shipping and stick it on the package.
- Drop off your package at the nearest post office or relay point. Have the second part of the transport slip unloaded (right part) for proof of deposit of the package, which you must keep to justify to the carrier our good faith in the event of a loss of the package. In this case, the search for the package and the possible refund request to the carrier are entirely our responsibility and do not delay our refund or exchange procedure concerning you.
- The carrier is on its way and your item is now on its way back Follow your online file with the tracking number listed on the flap of the slip, unloaded by the carrier you have kept, to know at any time the progress of your file
- Upon receipt of your return, the after-sales service checks that the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were sent, that they are in their original packaging and that the labels are in place.
- As soon as the after-sales service has been validated, (24 to 48 hours from receipt of the return) we will proceed to the refund or exchange within a maximum period of seven days.
